After a bit of contrast therapy, lazing in the sun or a great class, being weightless and just floating around in the pool is all we need. Doesn’t always need to be complex, right? Pop in and out between the recovery centre and connection spaces. It’s another element to help you leave feeling better than when you arrived. By the way, if you taste the water, you will notice the absence of bucket loads of chlorine. That’s intentional, we care about your skin and hair not going green too.
